Sorry for the silence. I am doing great! I didn't go silent because my world was crashing, more because I was busy being out in the great wide world. Also, I just didn't have a lot to say.

My life is progressing really nicely right now. I finish working this week, have a little bit of time off, and then I start school on June 18th!

I hope you all enjoyed your long weekend! Did you remember to take a moment to think about WHY we had Monday off? I listened to a wonderful program on NPR for a good part of yesterday all about WWII veterans, Pearl Harbor, Iwo Jima, and the folks back home. It made me think, laugh, and cry. It is good to remember what our parents and grandparents sacrificed so that we could live "The American Dream."
