I am in love.

I followed a link and found a band and I am in love. They are The El Conquistadors. I am so in love with them that when Cor came home from work I announced that I was leaving him for The El Conquistadors - all seven of them! (Good thing he is secure in our relationship and can handle my sudden flights of fancy and ever-changing list of fantasy boyfriends.) He suggested I write them and tell them they should make a shirt with the following statement on the back: My Girlfriend Left Me For The El Conquistadors. So I did. *grin*

I downloaded all of the MP3's they have available and have been listening to them non-stop.

I actually wish that I could go to New York just so I could go hear them play. Yep, I am totally off the deep end for them. It is craziness I tell you, absolute craziness.

They also have the kitties seal of approval. I have the least dancingest kitties in the world and they were willing to dance with me to Academy (one of their songs that you can download).

Other than my newfound love, life is basically moving along at a good clip. I had to be at work before sunrise, but we were really busy so I didn't have time to think about being sleepy. Now I am contemplating my rather large pile of homework. I need to prioritize, but everything seems equally important. I guess I will just have to lay out all of my books, close my eyes, and pick one.
